We sincerely hope you are thoroughly happy wearing your new piece of Janet Lasher Jewelry as much as I enjoyed making it.
Jewelry cannot be returned for a refund, but if you decide that what you have ordered is not right for any reason, within 14 days of receiving your purchase, we will extend a store credit in the full amount of your purchase, less any shipping charges.
Before making any return, you must always contact us. This way we can go over the return process and I can be waiting for your return and expedite it as quickly as possible.
You will send it back insured and pre-paid. The piece(s) must arrive in my studio within 14 days of you receiving the order.
The piece must arrive unworn, in pristine condition, in the original packaging and a copy of your order.
